TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING:   We require:


 1.  100% payment required to secure your booking. Email proof of payment.
 2.  On arrival: We take a pre-authorisation of R1000 (cash or cc).
 3.  On arrival: We take a copy of your card and ID on arrival.
 4.  Please let us know if you require an airport collection. We require your flight number and arrival time. An additional fee is charged for all transfers.
 5.  Payment for all extras or services rendered (beverages, telephone, laundry, etc.) must be settled by the client / guest on departure
 6.  Each Individual or Company under the above "company" will arrange payment directly with Blue Beacon Trading (Pty) Ltd t/a The Syrene Boutique Hotel and no central account will be permitted. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.

Check-in: 2pm
Early Check-in: To guarantee room availability for an early check-in please book from the night before. Alternatively we charge a fee on arrival to check in early, this is on availability only on the morning of check-in.

Check-out: 11am
Late Check-out: An additional fee is charged up until 4pm for a late check-out. Thereafter the full room rate will be charged.

Guest Liability: Guests will be responsible for any losses, damages and breakages to the hotel property and the inventory of furnishings. The cost thereof will be debited from the client's credit card / refundable pre-authorisation taken on check-in deposit or invoiced to the agent.
Smoking Policy: All our bedrooms and inside areas are non-smoking areas. Should a guest smoke in one of the bedrooms a fine will be charged of R1000 per offence. We have designated areas outside should you wish to smoke.

The Syrene Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred at our premises and your property is your sole responsibility.

Accommodation Cancellation Terms
Less than 3 working days: No refund
Between 4 - 10 working days: 1 night's accommodation will be charged.
You will be liable for all cancellation fees on email commitment should we turn other enquiries away to accommodate your dates.
Refunds
Refunds will be repaid 7-14 working days from check-out date.

Conferences and events Cancellation Terms
Less than 14 days: No refund. Between 15-21 days: 50% refund. We will try to assist with alternative dates, but this is at the full discretion of management and no correspondence will be entered into. Blue Beacon Trading (Pty) Ltd t/a The Syrene Boutique Hotel reserves the right to charge the above percentage fee on conferencing or functions to the agent or guest.
Refunds
